Just had my procedure here a few days ago. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient and accommodating. They even waited after closing to accommodate my appointment as work wouldnt let me leave early for my pre-op. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Dr. Lin has a lot of experience performing the procedure and they use the most up to date technology to minimize risks of side effects, but some side effects are natural during the healing process. Check up and operation went very quickly; there was almost no wait time. I cannot emphasize the incredible customer service. They even got me a blanket during the surgery because the room is kept cool. They provide you with eye drops and instructions for how to care for your eyes. The surgery was mostly painless and within a day I was back on my feet. Highly recommend this procedure for anyone whos tired of dealing with glasses and the hassle of contact lenses.

They have a very flexible and manageable payment plan.

I had my Lasik 4 days ago at the City of Industry office and my experience was great!! The staff is so kind, compassion, caring and understanding from the time that you sign in at the front desk to when your in the back being checked. Dr Lin is amazing because hes not only there to do a job but he proves to you that he cares and wants you to get the best results as possible. I want to thank Veronica C. who helped me through all this process, shes great!!Thank you everyone :)FACTS:LASIK is actually healthier and safer than wearing contact lenses.In the United States, there are no reported cases of blindness after LASIK since it only treats the surface of the eye.LASIK is permanent and does not wear off.Its as affordable as your daily cup of coffee. Thats $3 a day!
