I had a virtual consultation with Christine and she provided an overview of my options (LASIK, SMILE, etc) and what to expect for the procedures and what the next steps were. She was friendly, personable and answered all of my questions. She scheduled my pre-op eye exam at the Westminster office as that was my preferred location.On the day of my SMILE procedure I was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived at the Rowland Heights office. The office is modern and they have the latest machines to test your eyes. The staff are very prompt and friendly. I never had to sit around and wait for a long time. They gave me post-operative instructions on what eye drops I needed to use and that I needed to rest for the rest of the day as soon as possible after the procedure. Dr. Patrick Pham made me feel very comfortable before and during the surgery. He provided instructions prior to the surgery and was vocal throughout the surgery letting me know what was going to happen next. The surgery was quick and painless. I spent the remainder of the day resting my eyes and when I woke up the next day I had clear vision. They prefaced that my vision would be hazy and that would clear up. Its been a couple days since the SMILE procedure and my vision is excellent. I am still getting used to the fact that now I can wake up and see clearly and go to sleep without worrying about removing my contacts. Im so glad I chose to have the SMILE procedure done. It has been extremely convenient to no longer have to rely on glasses and contact lenses.

My husband got his eye surgery (SMILE) done from Dr Pham. We had great experience and staff was very friendly. Dr Pham was very calm and patient with my husband. It made him feel comfortable. I totally recommend going to IQ for your eye surgery.

As someone with very sensitive, dry eyes and anxiety regarding the procedure, I had a very quick, painless, and satisfying experience. I had my smile surgery a week ago. The package comes with pre-op check up, artificial tears and antibiotic drops, the procedure itself, and multiple post-ops. The staff are all very helpful, and they get you in and out very fast. The surgeon himself was very informative and helped me stay calm during the surgery. There was no pain at all and the procedure was done in just 15 minutes. Currently, my vision is at 20/20, my eyes are not as sensitive as they used to be, and most post surgery side effects have subsided where I dont notice them. Very happy I finally went through with it!

Great service and lovely staff. Huge thanks to Dr.Amy for doing a great job, didnt feel any pain, very careful at the time of the procedure and loving the results. Also, thank you Marleny for being super caring and attentive with everyone!! 100% recommended!

Just got my SMILE procedure done Sat 9/2. I went to the Westminster office for the pre-op exam and Kelly was very helpful and informative/thorough about the procedure and my eye care. Everything was explained on what to expect and the aftercare.I got the procedure done with Dr. Liu and she also was very reassuring and informative answering all questions I had, talked me through the whole procedure and during which was very quick and painless only mild pressure. I was definitely a bit nervous but it does help to relax as much as possible, they gave me a stress ball to keep and music options! I was immediately able to somewhat see aside from the blurriness. After sleeping I woke up and noticed immense vision improvement with slight blurriness. Im definitely happy I got it done and love the results already! Its been almost a week and I was informed I pretty much have 20/20! Looking forward to not having contacts and glasses anymore.
