LASIK and Refractive Surgeon

Dr. Gregory H. Phan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. He then pursued his Medical Doctorate at the University of California Davis School of Medicine. Determined to specialize in eye surgery, Dr. Phan went on to complete his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.

He is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. His work has been published in the American Journal of Ophthalmology, and he has presented scientific papers at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

With over twenty years in the medical field, Dr. Phan has a broad appreciation for all facets of ophthalmology. For the past 18 years, he has specialized in LASIK and PRK surgery, performing over 25,000 procedures. He is highly esteemed by his patients, including former NFL star George Atkinson. Since 2013, Dr. Phan has also been recognized as an official LASIK surgeon in the Multi-Ethnic Sports Hall of Fame.

Outside of work, Dr. Phan has a long-standing passion for photography, which he enjoys as a hobby.
