I had the SMILE procedure done here in August by Dr. Hofmeister and I now have 20/15 vision. I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence to come in for the free consultation. Its been the best investment ive ever made and will be recommending to friends and family.

I want to say the SMILE procedure has been life changing! I have been using eye contacts and glasses for well over 10 years. I relied on them every single day. Not being able to see is a huge problem. Everywhere I went I had to make sure I carried my eye contacts and an extra pair of glasses in case something happened to either of them. I came across IQLaserVision on Instagram. We first set a virtual appointment with Veronica Covarrubias who explained what the procedure will look like and why I wanted LASIK. But then I learned there is a procedure called SMILE. Essentially, this is when the surgeon uses a laser light to cut a tiny incision in the cornea and removes a piece of tissue. Reshaping the cornea to correct your vision. (This is the best I can explain). They work out a plan for you. You can make monthly payments or pay all in full. First step is leaving a $100 deposit. At the time of your first visit they will run a few tests of your eyes. Which will determine if you qualify for LASIK, SMILE or both. I went with SMILE because its a small procedure and the recovery process is basically the next day! On the day of the procedure- I was nervous but also excited. Soon after my procedure, after leaving the surgeons room (Dr. Erica Liu-made me feel so comfortable during the procedure- she talked me through everything to the T) I dont think I could have done it without her guidance oh and the numbing drops!. I was able to see more than I had been able to in years. Soon after getting home I had to take a sleeping pill which I didnt want to take because I was excited that I could see. But I had to take the sleeping pill because I didnt want to feel any weird sensations or pains after the numbness went away. There will be some dryness in the eyes for a few months but during that time I need to be using Artificial Tears and just for a week after the procedure I used drops that are antibiotic eye drops. Fast forward to today...I am so happy. Well worth the procedure. I highly recommend IQLaserVision. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Erica T. Liu did a beautiful job. Oh and I now have 20/15 vision!!! Everyday, I am so grateful and it is still so unreal. Thank you IQLaserVision!

Dr. Mattioli and his team are great. They are all really knowledgable, profesional, and courteous. I am very thankful for them for the hospitality and patience they had with me since I was super nervous. I will recommend them to any and all whom are interested for sure !

I had my Lasik procedure done at this office and I am happy I did and would recommend it to anyone. I went with this location because for the same procedure it was a lot of money less than its counterparts in Westminster or city of industry. I was taken cared of by Dr. Hoffmann and she was amazing. Very through during our pre op meeting. Making me feel comfortable and relaxed. During the procedure, is where she really shines. She was very comforting throughout each step letting me know what I was doing correctly and what to expect. To most, Its a scary procedure but after experiencing it first hand. I would do it again and again. Its super easy and painless. Quick I was probably there for less than an hour from check in to when my wife was there to pick me up.
