100% satisfied! I recently had the Lasik procedure done and Im glad I did. I wore contacts and glasses for over 4 years. I would wake up every morning putting on contacts and never thought I could just wake up and not have to put them on every again. I got information regarding this procedure and went in for a consultation. I was super nervous and scared because what if something was to happen. I could possibly never see again. The wonderful staff at the City of Industry were excellent. They went over everything in full detail. What made me consider was that the staff were so professional. They were so confident at what they do, they gave me hope. The testing were quite long, but I didnt mind. I wanted them to check my eyes completely to confirm I was capable for this procedure...I walked in on the surgery date and was scared. (First surgery ever!) Dr. Lin came out and greeted me with a smile. Went over the procedure of what is going to happen. I trusted him 100% after our chat. I walked in calmed and before I know, I was done. 1 week later, I came into the San Marino location for a follow-up. I was informed that I am seeing 20/20!! Again, I never thought it was possible, but Dr. Lin and his team did it! I did see halos around bright lights, but it has gone away. The staff here are very helpful as well. They are nice and asked if I needed anything while i waited. The staff give you their 100% attention and provide you with the best service. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Lin because now I can see the world. Everything is clear and crisp. I want to say THANK YOU! For your exceptional service, the whole team deserves it! Perfect vision! Its been one year since I had lasik done with Dr. Robert T Lin at IQ laser vision City of Industry and my vision is still a perfect 20/20 with no dryness or any problems whatsoever. The experience and service with the whole staff has been phenomenal especially at their San Marino location. I recommend IQ laser vision to everyone who wants lasik done. My family all have lasik done with Dr. Lin and check-ups following with IQ San Marino and everyone has nothing but praise and complete satisfaction with IQ laser vision!! 🙂 The Dr.s and staff are extremely courteous, polite, respectful, knowledgeable with perfect service making me feel at ease and part of the IQ lasik family!! 😀

Thank you SO much, Dr. Lin, and to the rest of your staff for taking such great care of me from day 1. I dont think Ive ever felt so comfortable at a medical office before. Everyone, including the front staff and technicians, were kind and treated every patient with respect. They answered every question that I had without sounding annoyed. Kelly was super funny and informative without being too pushy. Dr. Chen and Dr. Richard, the optometrists, were professional and personable. I was ecstatic when they told me that I was a great candidate for Lasik!Expect a lot of testing (which is a good thing) before the actual procedure. They gave me antibiotic drops and a box of lubricant eye drops to use. The staff went over the instructions a few times to make sure there was no confusion. I was instructed to not wear my contacts for at least 3 days before the day of the surgery.The procedure itself was very short. I cant believe it only takes Dr. Lin about 5 minutes for each eye! Skills!!!! I really appreciated the fact that he told me what he was about to do before doing it. Its funny because the only thing I remember saying to him during the whole thing was, wow this is so weird and he laughed and said, I know, its weird huh? Oh and yes, there is a brief period during the procedure where everything would go dark for 5 seconds. Huge thanks to the assistant for holding my hand and counting down with me.I am actually writing this review only 2 days after my Lasik procedure. The recovery process hasnt been too bad. For the first few hours, I felt some discomfort and tearing, which I was told is normal. This is why they give you a sleeping pill and encourage you to sleep through the night. Also, expect to use a lot of eye drops to keep them moist! They schedule you for a post-op visit the next day to make everything is okay. My eyes feel almost back to normal and it honestly feels like a dream come true.Thank you, Dr. Lin and the rest of the staff at IQ Laser Vision! I will definitely keep spreading the word about my wonderful experience here!
