Having interacted with people from 3 of their locations throughout different stages in the process, from going in the first time to get information on the surgery to post op appointments, I can honestly say that every single one of the people that I came in contact with were nice, professional and helpful. An employee that stood out to me the most was Marleny, she was very attentive and informative with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it.

I had my EVO ICL done at this clinic. The staff was amiable, kind, and helpful. My wait time was short. The medical assistants and the doctors were very efficient and quick. I was honestly surprised by the staff at every visit. They are very gentle with the patients. They walk you through every single step so you know what is happening. The devices look scary until the staff explains their functioning. They also go over all the instructions for pre-op and post-op care. They are all very approachable in case of any doubts or queries. The office and the equipment are all sanitized. Every experience I have had with the doctors and the staff is a very pleasant memory. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.Special shout-out to all the case managers. From the time of my consultation to the time I completed my procedure, my case manager was very supportive and personable. I was able to reach out to her as many times as I liked with different questions and she would also reach back out with answers ASAP. She made me feel completely confident and if I was only a little nervous on my procedure day, it was all because of her.
