Not a bad experience at all. The doctor was focused and actually looked through my chart while talking which not everyone does these days. They asked a bunch of follow ups and didnt cut me off when I explained things. It felt more like a conversation than a checklist. The place was clean and the person at the front desk helped sort my paperwork fast. The doctor made a few suggestions that I hadnt heard before and gave me some ideas on what might help. Its not perfect but way better than most places Ive been.

I recently had the SMILE procedure with Dr. Lin and couldnt be happier. I came all the way from Seattle for this because Ive heard so many great experiences. Overall, it was 100% worth it.Before surgery, I dealt with dry eyes from wearing contacts daily and hated not being able to wake up and see clearly.The procedure was quick and smooth. Dr. Lin was professional, reassuring, and did an amazing job. The entire office staff was so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.Now, a week later, my vision is clear, my eyes feel great, and Im so glad I chose Dr. Lin and his team!

I got EVO ICL done at IQ Laser Vision. I had really dry eyes from contact wear and working in front of a computer for long periods of time. They patiently worked with me for months to improve my dry eyes so that my prescription could stabilize for surgery. I had really bad astigmatism and prescription. A year after the surgery, I still have 20/20 vision. Ive been wearing glasses since elementary school and its amazing being able to wake up and see immediately. The entire team including doctors, assistants, receptionists, call center, are all super helpful and kind. Ive had to call their support line a few times and was always able to quickly get help. Ive been to the City of Industry, Irvine, and Westminster locations and everyone was always beyond helpful and nice. I consulted with several places before choosing at IQ Laser and Im so happy about my decision. The customer service is stellar and I wish every place I went to treated me this nicely!

I got Pterygium surgery at Ellis eye center couple months ago and Im super happy and satisfied with my surgery, they not only give you the best customer service they treat me like family they explain everything really good I highly recommend Ellis eye center thank you so much to all the staff very professional and informative, ESPECIAL THANK YOU FOR MARLENY FOR ALL TH LE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE.
