About a week after I posted my review, leadership from IQ Laser Vision personally reached out to me, and I honestly cant emphasize enough how much that conversation meant to me. They didnt just give a generic corporate apology or try to brush things under the rug. Instead, they took the time to genuinely sit with me, listen with an open heart to everything I went through, and talk through every single detail I mentioned--and then some. Hearing them take full ownership, validate how scary that moment was for me, and explain the concrete steps theyre taking to address bedside manner behind the scenes brought me a huge sense of closure and relief. It takes a lot for an organization to lean in and truly hear hard feedback, and seeing how much they care about patient care on a human level completely restored my faith in them. At the end of the day, Im still walking around seeing the world clearly and loving the results of my EVO ICL surgery--and now I can genuinely say I feel heard, respected, and at peace. My fianc had the SMILE eye procedure here last May, and were so glad we decided to go through with it! From the very first consultation, everything felt right. The entire team was so kind, welcoming, and professional, and we never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. We actually decided from day one that this was where we wanted to do the procedure.On the day of surgery, we were both nervousafter all, its eye surgery! But Dr. Lin was incredibly kind and reassuring, and he did such a great job putting my fianc at ease. The entire procedure was surprisingly quick and was completed in about 20 minutes.The recovery went really well. There were some headaches during the first few weeks as his eyes adjusted, but nothing that changed our overall positive experience. He was even able to return to work just three days after the procedure.Were very happy with our decision and grateful to Dr. Lin and the entire team for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel so smooth and comfortable. We definitely recommend them!
